The U.S. Marine Corps traditionally conducts its Toys for Tots program at Christmas time. The primary goal of the Toys for Tots program is to deliver, through a new toy at Christmas, a message of hope to less fortunate youngsters. This year the Marines at U.S. Embassy Canberra have partnered with Galilee Inc. in support of their efforts to bring some Christmas cheer to the kids they help.

Galilee is a community-based not-for-profit organization that works for and on behalf of the most disadvantaged babies, children and young people in the Canberra community – through programs that include foster care, transport and supervision, The Galilee School, LIFT and Open Family.
